1966

Shuo-Shin Incorporated, the former business entity of Yeun-Loong Industrial, was founded withr the joint-venture from Taiwanese and Japanese shareholders under Taiwan Company Law, whereas the Japanese shareholding is up to 50 percent at the time. The joint-venture is delicated in TCT saw blade business from that time on.
 
1968
The Company introduced the up-to-date technology from Japan. The Company had acquired a high percentage of market share of TCT circular saw blade business of Taiwan market at the time.
 
1980
Taiwan-Japanese Joint venture dissolved. Yeun-Loong Industrial Co. was founded. The Company remained it concentration in TCT saw blade business, with other investment in woodworking industry. Since then the Company kept its leading position in TCT saw blade technology in Taiwan.
 
1985
The Company starts to import European techonology related to TCT circular saw blade from Europe.
 
1990 The Company extends its woodworking investment in Thailand.
 
2002
The Company established its subsidiary, Shin-Loong Industrial Co., Ltd, in Guandong Province, People's Republic of China. The subsidiary is mainly for the maintenance and service of the TCT saw blade customers.
